Labour Policy Portal was an informal network of Labour MPs, Peers, Party members and supporters which existed online between July 2012 and April 2013 to share policy ideas and stimulate fresh thinking and debate within the Labour Party. It was established by four Labour MPs – John Denham, Nick Raynsford, Hugh Bayley and the late Malcolm Wicks – to complement the direction set out by Ed Miliband by encouraging a policy debate within all sections of the Labour Party.

Labour Policy Portal ideas have now been submitted to Labour’s “Your Britain” online policy hub, for consideration as part of the Labour Party’s Policy Review process. As a result, Labour Policy Portal is now closed.

Any visitors who would like to submit ideas for discussion can send them to the Labour Party directly through the Your Britain website at http://www.yourbritain.org.uk.
